download impossible

Make sure you have logged in, and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Hello!
I´ve been trying to download Voicelive 3 Editor. Once I´m on the page, you can spot a File at the very top (or so it seems), that looks like that´s the download file, that you are supposed to click on. It does not work though....
Is there something wrong?
