trouble connecting VL3 to Editor

Please use TC-Helicon Voicesupport 2 software, and make sure your VoiceLive 3 has the latest firmware installed.

Very Early firmwares or the emergency recovery firmware does not support midi sysex.

Also make sure that you have your VoiceLive 3 Midi Settings Correct.
Midi Source Must be USB
Midi Input and Midi Output Filter must be NONE
Sysex ID Must be 0

Hello,
When starting up the software Editor 3, I get the message: in attachement
If I still continue, then the syncing process gets stuck on 19% and does not progress. Does this mean, that I cannot use any of your software at all?
