Hi
To get the editor talking to your Vl3 please make sure the following:
Connect the VL3 to your computer via USB
Make sure that the VL3 Midi settings are set as
MIDI Mode USB
Midi Input Channel 1
Midi Output Channel 1
Midi Input Filter None
Midi Output Filer None
Sysex ID 0
Once you have your VL3 Connected, run the editor it should detect the vl3 and initialize itself.

U just installed the V3-Editor in my Windows 8.0-Notebook.
But when i try to start it, for some seconds the hourglass appears, and then happens ....nothing.
Have I to connect the VL3 first over USB, that the vl3-editor can start ?
