Hi
If the Editor is displaying this message when you try to check for updates or when you try to share a preset, this is most likely due to an old or non-existant version of open_ssl installed, the editor will check for standard ssl dll installed on your system, if these are not found then it will try finally looking for open ssl libraries to handle the communication of sending presets securely to my website.
I can create a version of the installer to include these files for you, if you would like me to do that then let me know and I will send you a link to it.
Cheers
Ian

On one of my computers, the VL3 editor is running fine (talking about v1.4.4f). However, on the other machine, I get an error that says "The ordinal 2578 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll" when I start the application. After I click OK to this error, the main window comes up, but it never fills in (content area is just blank white space) and I have to kill the process.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Todd in Houston
