connecting VLT via USB with ableton9

Apologies this message just appeared in mail box, as it was auto marked as SPAM, not sure why.

Unofrtunately I do not give support for DAW, however the vlt should appear as an audio in your daw, if you have additional usb audio devices and you are using windows you will need to install something like asio4all; which allows all your usb audio devices to appear as a single device. Then you would need to tell your daw to use ASIO4ALL for the Audio, and tell each track which input/outputs to use in asio4all.

hi - i have tried unsuccessfully to connect VLT to Ableton9 (VISTA). i have done all the obvious stuff in ableton. i wonder if i am missing something in VLT itself - the manual was not very clear. nowhere, apart from the midi stuff (in midi prefs) does the VLT come up as an option to send audio to or receive audio from. i am very keen to get this editor - but until i can make the audio USB link work i wont be able to use this editor. cheers all - R-T
